Book Analysis Directions
For the 2016-17 school year, Freshmen will create one book poster.
Each student should read a classic. Mrs. Wiebe will post a list in the school library of books that are acceptable. Choices in addition to books on the list are books that are considered classics.
Books should be at the student's reading level.
Books should be approved by the teacher.

Book Poster Example
See below. Note that the paragraph itself is nonsense. The paragraph should begin with a clear topic sentence which includes the title, the author and the theme that you, as a reviewer, will address. Do not try to retell the plot because that is beyond the scope of a single paragraph. In this paragraph, explain how one character learns one life lesson or is an example of a theme.
